I think that’s why I sort of latched onto manga more than I would have normally probably.

I have so little free time these days, and the episodic nature of only having to read a chapter is nice. I can “visit” with it once a day, so I’m not forgetting something in the time between pamplet comics, and get a nice done in one story nearly each time.

I picked up #10 of this today, but it will go under the Christmas tree until next week. (along with Hot Gimmick 10, Nana #1 and Tramps Like Us #6)

I’ll be curious to see if I can wait the week.:)

Good point.

I found that I also enjoyed the books more when I read them in small bits spread out over time. If I read too much at once, I started taking the frogs for granted, and then I lost notice of the humor in absurdity.

A fun, wacky series. Much more cheerful and innocent than the amount of fan-service might otherwise suggest–I’m not sure why…maybe because the characters don’t seem very sexually aware? Even the three crushes seem more about attention than romance; certainly Giroro doesn’t lust after Natsumi. I like the chart of the various characters’s relationships at the start of each book.
