im only on vol.3 on this one… no i think i read vol.4 but i dont really remember it very much… umm you know i didnt really like this one as much as yuu’s other work…(maybe in not far nuff in the story yet or something) my fav is the fox( wish i had a pet fox!)and aoi is cute and crazy! love it!!! but i dont like arissa that much at all…. sorry

Oh my goodness! I loved Tanpopo! She is so wild and hillariously happy that you end up thinking brightly of everything. Tsuki was funny also!! I loved how they got a little gang going! It was one of the best mangas I have ever read.

Really, really like this one, and the lack of psychological realism is actually one of its charms; that Tampopo’s good spirits are as indestructible as the dandelion she’s named for really works for me. My favorite scene is when Tsuki reveals how she’s been playing Tampopo for a fool and isn’t really her friend at all. Tampopo’s reaction was completely unexpected (to me, anyway), and delightful.
