The guys from Silent Devil sent me a PDF of Dracula vs. King Arthur #3, but I couldn’t get into it. The whole story is summed up in the title, and I found that I didn’t care about the details. The first few pages were mostly knights in battle, and after a gory maiming about eight pages in, I gave up.

There’s rarely much one can say about part 3 of 4, anyway. I do appreciate that they’re trying to give readers value, with a 40-page color issue still priced at $2.95. The final issue, due in February, will be 64 pages at $4.95.
