LARPing always confused the hell out of me. It struck me as a way for people to interact without actually having to, you know, interact.

I think it was the fact that the other characters openly questioned some of the things Bones said.

But the rest of it, you’re absolutely right on the shortcutting. It’s mildly annoying to me at the best of times, but most times the leads have just enough charisma for me to finish an episode when I catch it. It was overall one of the more sympathetic potrayal of comic fans actually. We’re better than (is this a spoiler to someone? don’t look!) wife-beaters, at least.

And think it was mentioned in the bad signal list that the artist’s name was Ellis. So if you combine it with the writer’s…
