The mudanity of the extraordinary is one of my faves, and this pushed all the buttons for me - a little like BBC Radio 4's "Old Harry's Game", or CS Lewis' "Screwtape Letters". That's where it sits on my shelf. As for Adam's assurance, that would do for me. Hope you got/are getting plenty of comps...
