Jeff Nicholson plans to skip serialization and release the next Colonia book as an original graphic novel. He’s put a 17-page preview of his thumbnails for a *really* advance sneak peek. He’s also got an interesting comparison of his cover and its inspiration, Kamandi #17, on the page at the first link.

I’ve enjoyed the Colonia books so far — Islands and Anomalies and On into the Great Lands — and I’m looking forward to the new one whenever it appears.
