First, Irresponsible Pictures said goodbye at its one-year anniversary and switched to posting roughly once a month. That was sad, but at least we had Love Manga. Now, apparently, we don’t any more. (Links no longer available.)

It’s hard to tell from David’s goodbye message, but I hope this is a productive choice for him and not caused by something more negative. Beyond his informative and entertaining posts, I owe him much thanks for his essential help in getting this site switched over to WordPress. I join with MangaBlog in wishing him well and hoping to see his insightful comments somewhere else soon.

Update: David Welsh and Christopher Butcher are also upset.
