Part of my job includes sending electronic files to people who don’t really understand tech and asking people to “learn” new applications — and I’ve had trouble even with something as simple as zip files — can cause a lot of confusion.

I’m not surprised a big company chose a platform-independent, protected format for something like this.

At first I thought the PDF’s were the entire volume, but they’re only the first issue. The download time is pretty horrible though-over 3 minutes on DSL. Must be all the graphics.
