Archie and Archie are a perfect match. Veronica match with Reggie, eventually.
Archie’s shopping list suppose to be Betty’s name only. Archie has to pick Betty, he only pick Veronica because of her beautiful looks. Betty’s smart and have talent at all educationals. Veronica only knows money. I hope Archie will wish Betywill marry him in the future and not Veronica. Cross hands.

Since Archie Comics relies on new readers cycling in as old readers cycle out, and since the new readers are 12 and under and by definition not established readers of Archie Comics to begin with, the new style will not phase them one whit. If the stories are as good as they were in the past the new readers will accept the new designs.

The only people upset by the character design changes are people who are no longer part of Archie’s core audience.

Loren, sadly Veronica’s mini-skirt is about the appropriate length for the curent fashion trend. I see that short a skirt on many young women in the malls. And these ladies are usually with their parents.

I haven’t looked at Archie comics since I was a kid. I’m a bit shocked at how much weight everyone seems to have gained in the intervening years (admittedly, I have, too, but they’re still teenagers).
