Cool, two more strips I can be introduced to.

While I know Annie from the movie, I have never seen the strip. (didn't run in my paper) Does kind of suck that they aren't going back to the beginning. Are the older books still available? (I couldn't find them on Amazon)

I've heard the name Terry and the Pirates, but don't know much beyond that.

I'm glad to see this announced, even if I do think the price point is a little high.

Now if someone would just collect Barnaby by Crockett Johnson, I'd be happy as could be.

Double sweetness.

I wrote and presented a paper on Terry and the Pirates (and Tintin) and really got into the strip then. So, this will be great.

And I've been a fan of Annie in the 30's every since I checked out "Arf! The Life and Times of Little Orphan Annie" from the library when I was 10 (and desparate for any comics type material I could get my hands on). I started buying the Kitchen Sink volumes last year (with great intro essays, btw) and am really happy to see they'll continue them.

Sink me Suzy, I'm undone! Do you know how hard it is to find the Flying Buttress reprints? I've never been able to find volumes 1, or 3-5. I'm even more excited about this than about Peanuts or Popeye, since there's years of material that I've never read.
...does the happy happy dance...
