actually, this series is already finished. From what I know, there are about ten volumes. I’ve already read about four or five, though. I’m looking for the rest… I just simply can’t find them…

Looks like it’s 13 books and counting at the moment, so it’s got time. :-) My concern these days is that with so much product out on the shelves, it’s hard to convince people to take a chance on a lesser-known series. But I’ve got my fingers crossed!

I only have my own anecdotal evidence as a manga retailer to draw from, but PET SHOP took some time to find its audience for us yet was and remains a consistently strong seller.

Do you how approximately how many volumes Genju no Seiza is due to run?

Hooray! Genju is a dark-horse favorite around the office these days, and I always look forward to reading new volumes. It’s a shame that more Petshop fans don’t seem to be finding it, since it’s a really solid, intriguing series.
