Hey folks,
My grandfather (Kennith) met Walt Kelly back in 1961. Mr. Kelly put my grandfather's name on one of the comics. "Good Ol' Kenny" was the name of a boat. My grandfather lost his copy of the comic and I would love to recover it for him. If anybody can help me find it please email me at alyson9963@gmail.com. Thank you

Dear Sir or Madame,
I have two drawings that are original walt kelly drawings.

He used to hang out with my father who was a Today Show reporter and they are on the stationary when he visited. They are both autographed to Paul (Cunningham) and signed.

One is of Pogo and the other one is a guy with a straw hat on him. Both are about
six or seven inches long and four or five inches wide.

Do you have any idea what they may be worth?
Thanks for your attention.

Sincerely,
Meredith Cunningham

I think it'd be hilarious if the world's largest collector of Pogo strips and original art was revealed to be Harlan Ellison. But maybe that's just me.

Johanna, Kelly was infamous for giving away original art, so my sympathies to Fantagraphics. With the Complete Peanuts collection, I think contributors are only getting an acknowledgment. I wonder if projects like this make enough money to give away copies to all the contributors. I can't wait for this series to come out. I've wanted a complete run of Pogo for 20 years now.
