Velocity Comics in downtown Richmond, Virginia, is having an early bird sale on Memorial Day, May 28. From 10 AM - noon, everything (except something already on reserve) is 30% off. The discount drops by 10% every two hours until 4 PM. Many back issues and all discount manga are $1 all day.
