I've also seen the live action movies, but the live actions movies don't follow the manga as well as the anime does. But watching the end of the second live action movie spoils the ending of the manga. I'm going to buy all the collectors addition DVDs and I've already boughten Volume 1-12 of the manga. I was lucky that someone I know bought the liveaction DVDs off ebay and let me borrow them. They were Japanese, but had English subtitle options, but the two lead characters were very well acted.
