Crockpot Sausage and Scalloped Potatoes

At a friend’s request — she wanted this quick’n'easy recipe for something else to do with sausages.
Buy a box of scalloped potato mix. Put the raw potato slices into a slow cooker.
Mix one can of cream soup (of mushroom recommended, but you can use others), one canful of water, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, and the sauce mix bag from the potato box. Pour over potatoes.
Slice one pound of cooked sausage into “coins”. Put on top of the potatoes. Cook over low heat 4-5 hours.
If you want, you can add a cup of frozen peas (rinsed to separate them) and cook for another 5-10 minutes. But I don’t like them.
