Another Bob Kane Swipe

Via Mark Evanier: one of the most famous Bob Kane pieces of Batman art, the introduction of the hero on a rooftop, was a Tarzan swipe from Hal Foster.

Which makes me wonder, did Kane ever originate anything? Except his signature?
