David, only if planet Hulk could then battle Mogo and Ego to see who the strongest planet there is is!

Odd note on the "can't call them" Superboy characters. Currently there are 2 different ones in current DC stories, both of whom have turned evil.

Phantom Lady was my suggestion, Tim, so thank you, but the rest is all him. And I think it's been way overdue.

Just wait until the reviews proper start...

To whomever finally convinced KC to write a column (Johanna, I'm assuming you), thanks. My favorite line of this batch?
"ROBIN #167 -- Something is pushing Tim Drake over the edge! Could it be all those Countdown tie-ins?"

Close second was the Phantom Lady line...

I expect would much rather read all of the books KC reviews, because DC and Marvel continue to disappoint with the real books. (And I have always wondered about Enerjak...)

I actually want to read most of the books KC reviews, because his ad copy sounds a lot better than the actual.

But damn if I wouldn't pay good, real money for Greg Pak writing "What if Hulk was a planet?"...

Yeah DC changed it from an Anti-Monitor centered special to Superman Prime special for some reason.(I'd kind of like to see a story on the staypuff marshmellow in armor looking guy myself.)

Even Newsarama didn't catch the change when I was peeking there earlier at their previews of it.

Still fun stuff, nice to have a place to check to see what trades (which are all I really get these days) are coming out. that week

Which begs the question, why is DC publishing a character whose name they can't use?

Thanks for the catch! This must be something DC changed from ANTI-MONITOR to SUPERMAN PRIME after the solicitation and I missed the correction.

Since there was no SUPERMAN PRIME solicitation, and thinking (there's my mistake right there) that the ANTI-MONITOR isn't SUPERMAN (at least this week), I assumed that CYBORG SUPERMAN and SUPERMAN PRIME must be related somehow (Weren't they both married to the same cousin...), and used the wrong solicit copy.

I've never been so happy that I don't have to edit this stuff anymore...

LOL some funny stuff there, especially the Marvl Zombie stuff!

One oops though,
TALES OF THE SINESTRO CORPS SUPERMAN PRIME #1 is about the "I can't be called Superboy" Prime character, not the cyborg Superman. Whose special came out a few weeks back I think.
