		<description><![CDATA[Actually, if you think your co-workers could handle them, I&#039;d recommend leaving the chicken bones. Since you&#039;re cooking the chili slowly, there&#039;s enough time for the bones to contribute some additional flavor and thickness. After four hours, the meat should fall off the bone anyway, making that task easier.

This sounds like a crockpot recipe I&#039;ll have to try at some point. It&#039;s always nice to have something cooking all day and filling the house with the aroma of good food.]]></description>
