Harvey Award Nomination Ballots are due March 21. The final voting ballot (due in April) is assembled based on these nominations. You must be a creator — “those who write, draw, ink, letter, color, design, edit, or are otherwise involved in a creative capacity in the comics field” — to vote in either round.

The Harvey Awards will be presented September 27, 2008 at the Baltimore Comic-Con.
