Poll for Comic Customers

Alan David Doane is seeking to collect data about your experience in the direct market buying comics. Go, email him your thoughts, and you might even win a prize pack of free comics.

You can enter anonymously if you want. Given the clubhouse atmosphere and not wanting to hurt the feelings of some retailers, that might be a good idea. Although isn’t that sad? I don’t worry what the manager thinks at Starbucks or Barnes & Noble when I fill out a customer service survey. Then again, those stores have lots of employees and don’t pride themselves on knowing me by name when I enter. And they aren’t likely to stop selling me things if they don’t like what I say.
