Garlic might overpower the flavors, but if you like carrots, they’d be a good addition early on (so they weren’t too hard).

I bought some pre-made at Costco, thought I could do better and so I was looking for a basic recipe. Came for the comics, stayed for the corn.

I agree about the celery, and I will probably add some garlic and carrots and… peas? maybe…
