Halo and Sprocket is one of my very favorite comic series.
Volume two, Natural Creatures, consisting of original material, is due out July 25 for $8.95 according to Amazon, and you can begin ordering it now.

Amen. Not only that, but Kerry Callen is one of the true nice guys in comics. I’ve seen him at several Cons and he is always gracious and pleasant. Not only that, but he remembers me!

Hallelujah. This is the best news in a while. The first volume is so well done — it’s a great volume to hand to people who like comic strips but don’t think they’d like comic books. Much of the humor and setup is similar to gag-a-day situation strips, but the level and strength of the humor keeps building and building as you get to know the characters. There’s a strong philosophical undercurrent to the characters and their dialogue that rewards the more literate reader without making it too heavy for a lighter (possibly younger) reader.
