As I recall: the entire oeuvre is expected to run seven volumes, with each volume including somewhere between 7-9 issues, and I believe that Eric anticipates production of only 3-4 issues per year. Betrayal is, of course, Volume 3.

Clearly, he’s in this one for the long haul.

It should be well worth the wait, though. Given the quality of the first three volumes, when all is said and done, I expect that this will be a masterwork of the first order.

I will, but the sheer amount of story is daunting.

I think Age of Bronze will be one of the top stories of all time. It is meticulously researched, written, and drawn. The only negative is the pace at which it comes out. I realize Shanower is doing it as fast as he can, but the wait between collected editions is frustrating.
