I was told by Jane that most of her friends didn’t dance, so I shouldn’t take it too hard if that was the case at our wedding. I took it as a challenge and said “They just haven’t had a decent DJ spin for them.” We were pushing the happy, exhausted bodies off the dance floor with a push broom, I kid you not. With great DJ power comes great musical responsibility”, indeed.

We gave our DJ a list of songs that were not to be played under any circumstances, and it included just about everything on those bingo cards. And people still tell us what a good time they had. Coincidence? I think not.
