Michael George Gets New Trial

According to the Detroit Free Press, comic book retailer Michael George will get a new trial. In March of this year, the Pittsburgh Comic-Con owner was found guilty of murder for killing his wife in 1990 and given life in prison. The judge cited “prosecutorial misconduct” due to the prosecutor showing George’s mug shot during the trial and the discovery in July of documents suggesting a possible alternate suspect. The new trial is now set for December 2.
