Better they’d have written it as “company launches” or “company expands”.

I certainly don’t mind knowing what’s going to be in that morass of a catalog, especially if a publisher I like is telling me to pay attention. I just think the publisher needs to keep things in perspective.

For example, TwoMorrows routinely sends out a “This is our product in this month’s Previews”. Contrast that to the example you gave, which read more like “We’ve partnered with Industry Leader Diamond! We’re superspecial!” That stuff is annoying and false.
