The Christmas special is my second fav. holiday cartoon, as it is just so smart and fun. The great pumpkin is a lot of fun too, and I vaguely remember those historical cartoons. (along with one where the kids signed up to be exchange students)

My favorite holiday cartoon is this odd one where a young squirrel asks his grandfather why the saying is “and goodwill toward men.” Since there were no people…

There is much fun in the Thanksgiving special; you should see my little girl crack up when Snoopy gets into the fight with the folding chair.

But the disturbing aspect to me is not the animal-cooked food; it’s Woodstock in the bird-eat-bird action during the closing credits.

Actually, Ratatouille is getting close to Peanuts territory :-) Did you see the spread Snoopy put out? If my cats could cook like that, I’d let them run the kitchen.

I really wished this had the Easter special in it to make it complete. I like the Thanksgiving episode a lot since we get to see the culinary skills of Snoopy.

Last Sunday my church group watched the Christmas special. One of the women is from Romania and another is from Russia. This was their first time seeing it. They both loved it. The woman from Romania had been told last year she had a Charlie Brown Christmas tree, now she finally understood what that meant.
