It’s illustrated by Dan Goldman, who’s put a 20-page excerpt on his blog for you to download and check out. The graphic design is stunning, enough to distract from the photo-referenced talking heads art. (That in itself sums up how campaigners are presented.)

I realized, paging through the preview, that I really didn’t want to revisit mavericks and idiots. I had enough of that during the real thing. For those who are missing the constant stream of election coverage, here’s a memento in unique form. It’s due out at the end of this month.
