Dr. Sketchy’s Anti-Art School, a blend of burlesque and live drawing opportunities, is opening a branch in Richmond at Gallery5. It’s billed as “when cabaret meets art school” — creative types strike poses for quick figure drawing / sketching assignments, plus music and comedy. The first performance? session? gathering? is January 14 from 6-9 PM for $7, with plans to continue every second Wednesday of the month.
