Captain Planet Returns Online

I never watched Captain Planet and the Planeteers, back in the early 90s, so I don’t know whether they deserve the goofy reputation they’ve gotten. But they certainly have name recognition, still.

Which may be why someone thinks the series is worth re-running. Next Wednesday, February 25, the Mother Nature Network, “an Earth-first Web site with environmental news”, is relaunching it as a web series. They will be airing full episodes, emphasizing the big-name voice talent who contributed, along with “never-before-seen bonus footage”.
