KC,
I’m very happy and relieved that your doing so well. It’s great that you’ve keep your sense of humor in all of this.
As someone who is packing a few too many pounds, I started hitting the treadmill this year after my doctor got very serious about my heart during my annual physical in Nov.
I’m keeping you and your recovery in my prayers.
