While IDW may be out, check your local Comics store for v1 -- I&#039;m in NY at the moment on vacation, and I saw copies at both Hanley&#039;s and Midtown (the only stores I&#039;ve been in so far)

Plus, I&#039;ve got a case or two left, I think, if anyone wants to contact me directly.

Tawv2 #6 being missing IS an oversight -- if  were home, I could immediately tell you if it was my mistake or IDW&#039;s (Well, I didn&#039;t give more than a quick glance at the &quot;galley&quot; ,PDF they sent, so at the end of the day it is mine), but there were like 12 columns I had to reconstruct from Newsarama postings due to a crash on my end a few years ago (reformatting was a chore!), and I think that one was in that range. So, yeah, probably my error.

I didn&#039;t restructure the links into footnotes -- I left that to IDW, because there were LOTS of them.

And, more generally, I think there are probably about a dozen columns over the years where I could just change 8-10 words and rerun them and no one without eidetic memory would even know!
