Unless I’m missing something big here, YWDIL isn’t a pre-quil; it happens at the same time as YWFIL, and shows some of the same events (but from the other character’s POV). I can’t recall anything about YWFIL that means that Jinnai/Reiichiro won’t work out. The entire plot of YWFIL is that Haru ends up with Tsukasa, not Reiichiro; YWDIL shows Reiichiro’ turn at romance.
