Z-Cult FM was a place to find torrents for comic downloads, until, a year and a half ago, Marvel and DC started legal action against them. At the time, they said, “We will never let the main Z-Cult FM site die”.

Well, never say never. They removed the comics (and had some back-and-forth with SLG Publishing), which led to little reason for many users to visit. Now, they’re shutting down.

A personal note: That original link still gets plenty of traffic here, as Google searches from people looking for “DC Marvel torrents” turns it up. The sites may die, but the demand remains and won’t be denied, as you can see from the shutdown discussion, where responses post links to other sources for online comic torrents.
