Sprite Animation has posted a short Owly cartoon online (using the characters from the graphic novel series). Andy Runton, Owly author, did the storyboards for the two-minute footage in which Owly and Wormy work to get an apple from a tree. I was sad when it looked like Owly was too pudgy to fly, but I liked Wormy’s idea lightbulb being a compact fluorescent!
