One thing I learned, first from comics now just about everything else. Is that there is always going to be a better version of something popular coming down the pipe eventually. You just have to find a version you're okay with.

The Rhino GI Joe collection was never finished AFAIK, I think in part because they lost the rights.

I've gotten the first season set of the Transformers one, and really thought it was well done. I've seen the G.I. Joe ones, but was never a huge fan of the show as I was of the comic (due in part to Snake-eyes not having a huge role)so haven't gotten it yet.

The only downside is that anyone who bought the Rhino discs is bound to feel royally screwed. (I've got a complete Rhino Transformers set.)

I'm hoping Shout gets the rights to Thundercats. Maybe then we can get the full version of Exodus that was on the VHS release, episodes arranged in an order that makes some kind of sense, and an acknowledgement of the number of seasons the show actually ran (it was 4, but virtually every Internet source, as well as the Warner DVD sets, says it was 2).

Oh, and DVD's that don't look and sound like off-the-air VHS recordings would be nice too.
