Especially if there’s a work obligation that goes along with them. And yes, it can definitely feel like an overdose at times.

I too got a feeling similar to his. It was when watching the movie Brewster’s Milions (with Richard Pryor) that I got what it was.

It was when the tape of his grandfather telling him about the time when his dad caught him smoking cigars. Bought a box of them and locked him in the closet until he’d smoked every single cigar. He never wanted to have a cigar again, and I got for a while to feel the same way about comics.

I feel odd right now to realize that I, for money reasons, have not read a comic in nearly two months now.(haven’t been in a comic shop in 4 or 5 months?) At one point I think that would seem crazy for me. Now its something I’d like to get back to, but I don’t truly miss it.
