I know it can sound a little ungrateful to complain about too many free comics, but it really is one of those "be careful what you wish for" kind of things. Especially if there's a work obligation that goes along with them. And yes, it can definitely feel like an overdose at times.

Having been on the DC comp list at one point, though thankfully not as long as KC was on. I too got a feeling similar to his. It was when watching the movie Brewster's Milions (with Richard Pryor) that I got what it was.

It was when the tape of his grandfather telling him about the time when his dad caught him smoking cigars. Bought a box of them and locked him in the closet until he'd smoked every single cigar. He never wanted to have a cigar again, and I got for a while to feel the same way about comics.

I feel odd right now to realize that I, for money reasons, have not read a comic in nearly two months now.(haven't been in a comic shop in 4 or 5 months?) At one point I think that would seem crazy for me. Now its something I'd like to get back to, but I don't truly miss it.
