If you're interested in Tezuka's animation, you should definitely check out the DVD The Astonishing Work of Tezuka Osamu, which collects all his various shorts. There's some amazing stuff there. I reviewed it here, and included some links to clips which are online. Pretty incredible; the guy was definitely a genius.
