		<description>Thanks for the additional information. The more I think of it, the more I find the bear-thief a good symbol for the stories -- they may appear cutesy at first glance, but there&#039;s something very different underneath, possibly with violence implied.</description>

The Japanese edition, which I saw around a few times over there, puts the thief in the bear costume on the cover of vol. 1. Less suitable when the cover has more work to do to point out the book&#039;s appeal to arthouse-manga fans, but just as striking as these.</description>
