'Least I Could Do' is one of the worst comics ever made. I can understand why they didn't invite them back: because they must have read the strip.

As someone who has been following the comments since the day the blog was posted, I can tell you that it's not just "lots of fans" that are refusing to go; it's LOTS of fans. Posts talking about groups of people, sometimes rather large groups of people, have been talking about boycotting, as well as potential attendees (the ones for whom this would have been their first year ever). Not only that, but people who either have been or were planning on being vendors (including myself).

I understand that there will always be someone willing to fill the spot of attendee or vendor. The boycott may not be enough to cripple or mortally wound DragonCon, but it will certainly sting them, especially in this bad economic climate. I would think that over the past week or so, with all the emails they've been getting, they're feeling pretty stupid about this move.
