It seems either to be trying way too hard to involve the reader ("You") or a bad pun ("Hey you"). I’m sure the name makes more sense in the original language, but I would have trouble reading a book with a character named “A You”. It seems either to be trying way too hard to involve the reader (“You”) or a bad pun (“Hey you”).
