		<description><![CDATA[This is one of these things that I hoped would increase the rate of Euro-scanlations in the same vein as Japanese comics.  After all, Manga didn&#039;t start to get popular until multiple books were available online.  There&#039;s literally TONS of European comics that would be popular over here if people were more aware of them.

Frankly, if there ever was a time that a group of French publishers banded together to stop the flow of illegally tranlated Eurocomics, that would be a sign of victory &amp; defeat.
