Diana green, DC super heros have been lame forever and always are. Marvel always had the baddest characters and always will. A bad marvel Cartoon will always trump the best DC cartoon hands down. DC sucks. The Avenger will be awesome and I can’t wait for The live movie. Batman superman wonder woman? Give me a break. So lame!

The animation looks good. Although Marvel needs to watch Justice League Unlimited and learn from them.

The voice actors are not always as good as they can be and they definitely pick horrible music for the theme song. Only Spectacular Spiderman was a good theme song.

2nd…music for tone and emotion within the storyline usually is bad. Justice league did very well in that arena.
Marvel has a history of bad background music for the fight scenes as well any emotional scenes.

I hope that since disney took over …it will be done very well for once. They did do Gargoyles which was very good voice acting and etc.

Yeah, the Thor voice especially has me weirded me out,the movie one does too to be fair. Yet that’s because in my head Thor has always sounded like Liam Neesom.:)

That is a drawback to using characters familiar from the movies — more chance of people thinking “hey, that doesn’t sound like them”.

Good catch, Joshua. I hope that the women get a chance to participate more in the action, which was also why I mentioned “power” — the girl abilities are less direct-attack style, so I hope they don’t leave them out for that reason.

Looks better than the one from a few years back where the characters weren’t even recognizable. Animation harkens back to older stuff, but then I don’t like the new CGI stuff that so many toons these days do (Green Lantern one in 2011 is supposed to be CGI) so its okay.

Voices is hard to tell from a clip, sound weird but I don’t know if that’s just initial “that’s not how they sound in my head” kind of stuff.

The Black Widow is also in that clip (in the Hawkeye bit), and if her presence in the live-action movie is any indication, she’ll probably take the Wanda/non-Wasp female role.

Yawn.
Well, it’s better than the messy and loud Avengers cartoon series of 1999. At least this has cleaner animation and the original lineup.
But I’m sorry, these are so similar they just blend after a while. And the music… there must be a band named The Cliche’ Factory that does these for hire…
And for my money, Marvel hasn’t done a decent one since the flawed but worthwhile Dr. Strange cartoon of a few years back.
I’ll stick to the DC cartoons, thanks. It’s just overall better work IMO.
