I love Legacies. It's fun to read these snapshots of past stories. And how can you beat the art? Garcia-Lopez, Kubert, Perez?

I've also loved the back up stories, and I usually don't care for back up stories because they're usually terrible. But Simonsons Adam Strange tale was great. So was Kuberts "DC War Reunion" back up which featured characters from Sgt. Rock, Haunted Tank, Unknown Soldier, and most awesome of all, Mademoiselle Marie from Star Spangled War Stories.

Another great issue was #4 with the Garcia-Lopez Teen Titans.

Since each artist is doing 2 issues, I'd love to know who's going to be doing the art on 7 thru 10. I hope we see Neal Adams. It's too bad that Aparo and Giordano have passed, because they would have been my two choices to wrap up the final issues. Infantino would be another good choice since they're going with artists well known for working at DC.

Lastly, I loved the quick nod to the Charlton "Action Heroes" in #5. I don't buy much DC anymore but along with the terrific "Superman: Secret Origins", Legacies is one of my favorites. Really fun and really cool.

I think it really puts Brubakers "Marvel Projects" to shame.
