I’m sure this has stuff that I haven’t seen. But based on the highlights, it sounds like they pretty much revisit ground already covered in History Channels fairly complete 2003 doc “Comic Book Superheroes Unmasked”. Granted, that also included Marvel history as well. But that gave us Denny talking about the Wonder Woman thing, Marstons kinky stuff, DC’s “adult” roots, the various “ages” of comics, british invasion, etc.

What sounds interesting is that this has more women interviewed, something that was completely missing in the History Channel documentary. I think the last time I saw female comic book personality interviewed was Trina Robbins in the doc that came with the movie “Unbreakable”. But I’m a sucker for this stuff, so naturally I’ll buy it no matter what.
