Melanie Gillman continues posting installments of her gorgeous Smbitten webcomic, but this latest one is special: She adds, as a bonus, journal comics about student loans that raise some very good points. Like her, I was lucky to escape school with minimal loan commitments, but I acknowledge that that’s increasingly rare. I have come to appreciate how much of an advantage starting adult life without debts hanging over you can be. But the plus side of all this: She also talks about how wonderful attending the Center for Cartoon Studies has been. Go, read.
