I actually got to meet Kim Hunter at my local mall back in the early 70s when they were promoting Escape From The Planet Of The Apes. There is just something about this franchise that I love. It was my generations “Star Wars”.

The Boom comic is really good. It takes place at a moment in the timeline when humans are just beginning their “devolution” into the mute humans we see when Heston arrives.

The new movie looks great. Much much better than the Burton fiasco. Can’t wait.
