Jordan Crane’s The Last Lonely Saturday, published by Fantagraphics, has been adapted into a short film by Seth Craven, with music by Justin Levitt. It’s the dialogue-less story of a widower, haunted by his memories of her, visiting his wife’s grave.

Nowhere to see it online that I know of, but if you’re in Los Angeles next weekend, the movie will be airing at the HollyShorts film festival on Friday, August 12. It’s a faithful adaptation of the book, in my opinion, short and poignant.
