I went on a binge one summer and listened to almost exclusively “cartoon” music – It sends me to a very happy nostalgic place. and you are right – Hanna Barbera may have been notoriously cheap, but they hired top quality songwriters and musicians for the music in their shows. They had to when they were competing with Filmation’s Archies and Groovie Ghoulies.
