Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders

I enjoyed watching Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders, and I’d like to share that enjoyment with one lucky site visitor. It’s a fun movie that does more than just provide a nostalgia kick, although there’s plenty of that, too.

You have to love Vincent Price as the one and only Egghead!

  • Steve

    Definitely the Riddler!

  • Mason Radcliffe

    Julie Newmar as Catwoman.

    Aw, man…

Louie the Lilac, Riddler (Astin), Sandman, Egghead, Bookworm, King Tut, Mad Hatter…

It’s got to be Bookworm, right?

Sorry Roddy, but I am going with Marsha, Queen of Diamonds.

    Vincent Price as Egghead!

  • So many great choices, but I think Burgess Meredith as the Penguin was the show’s MVP — he was in a bunch of episodes, and every one of them is a hoot.

  • Alan Sepinwall

Heart wants to say Julie Newmar Catwoman, but head insists on Frank Gorshin Riddler. So I’ll go with him.

  • Burgess Meredith as the Penguin is not just my favorite but the most memorable. I can’t see any other portrayal working better than his!

  • A winner has been selected and emailed. Thanks, everyone, for reading, and for providing great memories of the show! Many of these appear as cameos in the movie, in case you were curious.
